I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over eight years of experience helping individuals navigate the complexities of relationships and personal growth.
My journey to becoming a mental health provider began on a completely different career path. Realizing that something was missing, I took the time to reflect on moments when I felt most fulfilled.
I discovered that when others trusted and confided in me with their most protected thoughts and feelings, it brought me a profound sense of purpose and joy. Honored by this trust, I decided to pursue a career in counseling, valuing the incredible privilege of being chosen to share in someone's life journey.
Away from work, I love spending time outdoors and trying new restaurants with my husband and kids.

I specialize in supporting women navigating the challenges of motherhood and finding partnership. I understand that these areas of life can be both profoundly rewarding and deeply complicated, impacting your well-being and sense of self.
When it comes to motherhood, whether you're dealing with postpartum challenges, feeling overwhelmed by the demands of parenting, grappling with the pressure to be the "perfect" mom, confronting unresolved feelings from your own upbringing, or anything in between - through compassionate exploration, we’ll find pathways to healing and growth.
When it comes to partnership, I understand the way in which partnership has been pursued has changed drastically over the last several years and navigating it can be overwhelming, but doing it with confidence AND authenticity usually gets the best results. We’ll explore the signs of healthy versus unhealthy relationships, how to establish boundaries that protect your emotional well-being, and foster meaningful connections that align with your values. Together, we’ll explore what you truly want in a partner and how to communicate your needs effectively.
